Has anyone tried a face wash similiar to Biomedic purifying cleanser ?

I got a sample of Biomedic Purifying cleanser which has some glycolic acid but very mild. It works very well for my acne prone sensitive skin. I have been looking for other products which might be similiar since Biomedic is sort of expensive. I read reviews of Purpose and Basis which are supposed to soap-free as well but not sure if they are as mild as Biomedic. Biomedic is mild but very cleaning at the same time. Any feedback is appreciated !Has anyone tried a face wash similiar to Biomedic purifying cleanser ?
Tried water once.....pretty good and cheap.
