What face wash works really good and really fast without drying out skin?

I dont have bad acne but i do get random huge pimples! and i have alot of little bumpy things but there not pimples? and of course breakouts! I need a face wash or remedy that can solve this fast before halloweeeen? or at least quicker then others! thanksssss (:What face wash works really good and really fast without drying out skin?
Make sure you're taking off all your makeup before bed. Buy some makeup removing face wipes (neutrogena has some AMAZING ones) and then use a simple skin clearing face wash to get rid of any thing else and dab on a spot treatment (available with basicly any facewash brand, its also the miniscule applicators). Leave it on while ou sleep and in the morning just simple use a wakening face scrub to get rid of any dead skin cells or dirt/oil and then use a facial mositurizer.
