How should I treat this allergic reaction to a face wash?

I used one of those cloths with the soap already in them, and it caused the areas of my face I used it on to be red, hot, and itchy. Those areas are also a little swollen. It's been at least a day like this. Should I just wait for it to go away or is there something I can do to speed up the process? How should I treat this allergic reaction to a face wash?
Keep washing with a warm water, no soap. Use a new towel. I guess if it doesn't go away in the next day, go see a skincare specialist. How should I treat this allergic reaction to a face wash?

Don't put anything else on your face sweetie, it may worsen the problem. Use slightly warmed water and a clean towel, if it doesn't clear up, see a specialist..
